Merchant Cash Advance facilities to ease the client’s cash flow pressures

Opportunity:

This hospitality client’s trading had suffered in 2018 due to a lack of outdoor space. This created a cash flow problem.

Approach:

We worked with a Merchant Cash Advance provider to source both a short term loan to ease the cash flow problem and a Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) facility to provide an ongoing and flexible working capital solution.

Solution:

We put in place an unsecured loan of £20k with repayment over 24 months. We also put in place a £14k MCA. Both facilities were secured by a debenture and directors’ personal guarantees.
