Property Loan for Auction Purchase of Semi-Commercial Unit

Opportunity:

Customer had agreed an undervalue purchase of a semi-commercial property at auction but needed quick funds to complete the purchase and also to carry out heavy refurbishment works.

Approach:

We presented the client’s experience and plan for the property to a number of private funders to get interest rates and arrangement fees down to a minimum whilst maintaining flexibility over timescales and stages of funds release.

Solution:

Funding was provided to complete purchase in the timescales required at 75% loan to value and 100% of the costs of works.
