Property Loan for Purchase of a Pub for Conversion into a Boutique Hotel

Opportunity:

The customer was buying a pub with four rooms for bed and breakfast with planning permission to extend and convert to a boutique hotel with 15 rooms.

Approach:

We presented the project to funders to negotiate a percentage of costs they were willing to fund and an interest rate.

Solution:

Funding was provided to cover 75% of the purchase price and 100% of the build costs as well as term loan to pay off development finance at the end.
