Client with two flats in London looking to raise capital for another purchase and also move properties into a Limited Company to help with their tax position.

Approach:

The properties were next to a pub and had been converted into flats a few years back so this restricted the lenders available. The client also had minimal personal income.

Solution:

A Buy to Let mortgage on Interest Only to maximise the capital raised up 70% Loan to Value with a 5 year fixed rate to maximise and protect the income the properties produced.
