4 Month Bridging Loan and 25 Year Mortgage for Professional Landlord

Opportunity:

A professional landlord was buying property that needed a lot of refurbishment work and was not mortgageable.

Approach:

We provided options to fund the purchase and then refinance when work is complete to pay the bridging loan off whilst minimising fees and interest costs. 

Solution:

We arranged a bridging loan with no minimum term and competitive rates completed in 3 weeks. Then as work close to completion, a buy to let remortgage on Interest Only to pay the bridging loan off and pull cash back out for future projects.
